We are subject to UK company law, UK consumer protection legislation, and — where our subscribers are EU residents — the relevant EU consumer protection directives including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

We take consumer rights seriously. All subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, subject to the digital content waiver described in our Subscription Agreement.
